A customer hasn’t sent the information you need. Someone follows up, updates a spreadsheet, and asks again a few days later.
CP Product Advisory
Your business shouldn’t need your attention for every next step.
You’re chasing missing information, checking whether a customer received a response, and making sure routine work gets finished. Reports take too long. Information gets entered more than once. Questions that should already be settled keep coming back to you.
You can finish a busy day knowing you worked hard, but wondering when you were supposed to work on growing the business.
Before adding another person or buying another tool, it’s worth looking at how the work gets done.
I help you identify where time is being lost, simplify the process, and put practical AI and automation in place where they make sense.
A 30-minute conversation to explore where AI and automation could help your business.

Experience
Experience leading through growth and complexity
I’ve led product work across platforms, data, and AI, working with the people responsible for building and delivering them. In those businesses, growth often moved faster than the reporting, responsibilities, and ways of working could keep up.
That is the experience I bring when we look at what is happening in your business.
Operational Friction
Start with the work that keeps getting in the way.
A recurring report requires information from several systems. Every week, someone collects it, checks it, and puts it into the same format.
An approval stalls because nobody is sure who owns the next step. Eventually, it lands with you.
Individually, these things may seem small. Together, they take time away from customers, important decisions, and the work that moves your business forward.
The question isn’t whether you should use more AI. It’s which parts of the business could work better, and what it would take to improve them.
Methodology
A practical starting point. Not another technology project without a clear purpose.
We begin with the problem, the people doing the work, and the tools you already use.
Sometimes the process needs clearer responsibilities. Sometimes the answer is a simpler workflow. Sometimes automation can remove repetitive steps that don’t need someone’s attention.
Where AI is useful, we decide what it can do, what information it needs, and where human judgment belongs. Before building, we agree on the scope and what a useful result should look like.
Ways We Work Together
Here’s how we can work together.
Business Efficiency & AI Opportunity Assessment
You know there’s friction, but you’re not sure what to address first. We examine how the work happens, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for improvement. You leave with a practical recommendation for what to change and where to start.
AI Business Efficiency Implementation
You have a defined workflow that is ready to improve. We design and implement the agreed solution, test it, and help you understand how to use it. Technical requirements, integrations, and delivery scope are confirmed before work begins.
AI Operations Transformation
The problem extends across several workflows or teams. We look at the broader operating picture and scope a coordinated approach. More complex needs can move into my existing advisory and transformation services rather than being forced into a smaller package.
Ongoing Automation & Optimization
For businesses that want continuing support after implementation. We agree on the monitoring, adjustments, and improvements you need, with clear boundaries around what is included.
You don’t need to purchase every stage. We’ll identify the appropriate starting point based on your situation.
Outcomes
Know whether the change is helping.
The measure of success isn’t how many tools you’ve installed.
It might be faster customer follow-ups, fewer manual steps, fewer avoidable errors, or less time pulling together the same report. We establish a starting point and agree on what we’ll measure, so you can see whether the change is making a difference.
The goal is to give useful time and capacity back to your business, not create another system you have to manage yourself.

Who I am
I’m Clint Pracher. I want to understand the work before changing it.
I’ve always been the person asking, “Is there a better and easier way to do this?”
Before founding CP Product Advisory, I led product work at Dentsu, Merkle, and Business Insider across data platforms, marketing intelligence, and AI products.
I follow the process and talk to the people doing the work. Where does the information come from? Who sets priorities? What happens when commitments collide?
Sometimes the answer is a platform change. Sometimes it is a decision that nobody has owned. I want to understand that before recommending another tool or asking a team to build something.
You work directly with me.
Next Step
Let’s look at one process.
You don’t need to arrive with a complete AI strategy or a list of tools you want to buy.
Bring the work that keeps taking more time than it should. We’ll talk through what’s happening, where it gets stuck, and whether there’s a practical next step.
